The Hedgehogs welcomed Jo, an Astronomer and founder of 'The Space Detectives', into school on Friday 5th December. She developed their knowledge by helping the children to participate in a human solar system. The children observed a science experiment about when the solar system was first created 4.5 billion years ago. The children created mini models of the solar system which demonstrated the relative distances from the sun. Jo commented on how impressed she was with the children's knowledge, listening and behaviour.
