The week started in fantastic style with a visit from author Nick Toczek. Nick is a celebrated childrens’ author and poet and as we soon found out, a talented magician and performer. All the children from Reception to Year 6 were entertained by Nick with a fabulous assembly in the morning. Otters and Owls had more time with Nick over the rest of the day. They focussed on creating performance poems with rhyme and rhythm.
