Catering Assistant Grade A SCP1
Part time permanent – 10 hpw (38 weeks a year term time only)
Start Date: 7th September 2020
We are seeking to appoint a flexible and committed catering assistant to support in our school kitchens with the preparation of fresh, healthy meals for our learners. The role will include preparing the lunchtime space ensuring that it is clean and hygienic, supporting with food preparation and clearing and cleaning after the food has been served.
Our school kitchen is proudly managed in house and there is scope for an individual with the desire and initiative to work alongside our Kitchen Manager to further develop the kitchen offering.
Beaford Community Primary and Nursery School is an excellent, rural, community school, where emphasis is placed on supporting the whole child through every aspect of development. With around 100 children on roll, we aim to promote and develop lifelong learning for all and are committed to a bespoke approach with an approach of excellence at its heart. We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team who has an understanding of the importance of quality and can successfully build relationships with children and adults in order to support our school community.
