We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, flexible, forward thinking practitioner to take on responsibility for a class within our vibrant and innovative primary school. This full time post is temporary for one year in the first instance due to a pending restructuring of the team. There may be an opportunity to be considered for a permanent position when the restructuring takes place. It is an exciting position which will provide an opportunity for an excellent teacher to put their skills into practice and contribute to the future development of our friendly village school. There is flexibility about where the successful candidate will be based depending on strengths and experience.
Beaford Primary Community and Nursery School is an excellent, rural, community school, with an ongoing commitment to a child- centred approach. We aim to promote and develop lifelong learning for all through a challenging, bespoke curriculum that is both creative and stimulating and encourages an approach of excellence for all. We are committed to continuing professional development and can offer a thorough and personalised induction with an experienced mentor. We welcome applications from both NQTs and more experienced teachers and are looking for someone with a deep understanding of learning and a relational approach.
Due to the current exceptional circumstances, interviews will be carried out through an online conferencing package and visits to the school cannot be undertaken. We ask potential applicants to view our website and welcome them to email the office on firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will then get back to you regarding a time to speak to the Head teacher about the post on the phone.
